Rules for Visiting Parties 2009
Visiting Party Days (Tee Times)
Monday-Friday after 10.00am
Saturday and Sunday after 11.00am
Tee Markers
Men-Yellow only
Ladies-Red markers only
Arrival
The organiser of the party must report to the ‘Golf Shop’ on arrival. The starting point will be from the first tee only
Green Fees
Cheques for Green Fees and Golf Packages to be made payable to ‘Welton Manor Golf Centre’, and presented to the golf shop manager/falconer manager prior to commencing play. Alternatively you may pay by cash or credit card.

Booking Deposits
The booking must be confirmed on the enclosed form (please retain a copy for your own reference) together with a deposit of £2 per person and returned to the golf club within 14 days to avoid disappointment. It is strongly advised that you telephone to confirm that your booking form and deposit have been received by us, also to confirm the tee times reserved.
Please confirm numbers and menus selected 14 days prior to your visit.
Cancellation
Thirty days notice is required once confirmation of the booking has been received. Cancellation with less notice will be charged at full fees.
All deposits are non-refundable
Meals
Menu ideas are attached. Organisers are welcome to contact the Falconer Restaurant on 01673-861888 to discuss any catering requirements or alternatives to menu ideas given. Please note that onlyone meal choice per course is allowed other than special dietary requests. At least 72 hours notice of cancellation for any meals ordered must be given otherwise a charge of £5 per person cancellation will be made. You may pay by cash, credit card or cheque made payable to ‘Welton Manor Golf Centre’ on arrival at the golf club.
Dress Code
- All members, their guests and visitors are expected to be dressed smartly when in the clubhouse and on the course
- On the course proper golfing attire with spiked or rubber studded shoes and golf shirt with collar. Tailored shorts with co-ordinating sports socks are permitted for men and tailored shorts for ladies
- Not permitted on the course are denim jeans, athletic vests, tee shirts, trousers tucked into socks, tracksuits, lycra and non tailored shorts, miniskirts, leggings or trainers
- In the club house smart casual wear is permitted unless formal dress is advised
- Not permitted in the clubhouse are denim jeans, jogging trousers, tracksuits, shirts without collars
- Would guests and visitors please respect the dress codes and standards we wish to maintain
